This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from luxipens.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned by LuxiPens LLC d/b/a LuxiPens (“we”, “us”, or “LuxiPens”) and you can contact us at any of the methods described at the bottom of this privacy policy.

NO LIABILITY FOR ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES
LuxiPens will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, LuxiPens shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of Personal Information due to no fault of LuxiPens including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of LuxiPens staff and/or third parties.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this privacy policy if any changes are made.
